What early access includes.

- Profit, payout matching and cost of goods: everything Reconcible does today, nothing held back. Payout matching runs by itself after each payment-provider sync.
- A direct line to us
- A 30-minute feedback call every two weeks during the three months, and a shared channel for issues between calls. Every design partner agrees to both.
- A say in what gets built
- Design partners shape the product with us, including the morning brief and Rico before launch.

For the whole product. Ask for a full refund at any time in the three months and you get it, no questions asked.
If you take payments through Stripe, your three months start when Stripe matching works for your store, not when you pay. You can ask for a full refund at any time from the day you pay.

Your data is locked but kept, and your store keeps syncing, unless you ask us to delete it.
Payment isn’t taken on the site or in the app yet: we arrange it with you directly, and the refund terms apply from the day you pay. See the refund policy and the terms.

What does early access cost?

Can I get my money back?
Yes. Ask at any time in the three months and you get a full refund, no questions asked. If you take payments through Stripe, that runs from the day you pay until the end of your three months. Email support@reconcible.com to ask. See the refund policy.
What happens after three months?
If you continue, you pay for twelve months at half the list price, paid annually up front. The list price is being set with design partners and isn’t published yet.
What if I don’t continue?
Your data is locked but kept, your store keeps syncing, and nothing is deleted.
Is anything held back during early access?
No. You get the whole product: the same cost ledger and the same reconciliation every store will get. The morning brief and Rico come at launch, and design partners shape them first.
Do I need to import bank statements?
No. Without them, figures are reconciled to your gateway payouts and every page says so. Import a statement whenever you want the last step checked against your bank. Both are part of early access.
Can my bookkeeper see the numbers?
A read-only seat for your bookkeeper isn’t built yet. Until it is, export the month as a reconciliation pack, PDF or CSV, and send it to them.
